The interview preparation plan for DRDO (SAO), GSI (AO), EPFO APFC, EPFO EO-AO is composed of two parts. You will go through the following steps:
Part One: before Face to Face Interview
1. You have to write answers to 16 questions (FAQs in interviews). Download from Here
2. Share above 16 questions with Human Peritus team via email
3. We will conduct personalized online session (one hour), to improve your answers. Its recording will be shared.
4. We will share with you recorded video sessions on:
(i) Handling personal questions (1 hour)- tell me about yourself, strength, weakness, bringing best out of you etc
(ii) Body language, dressing, confidence, communication, sitting posture (1 hour)
(iii) How to answer questions on governance issues, role of digital (1 hour)
(iv) Social security in India (1 hour)- develop understanding of overall ecosystem like PF, labour, Health, pension etc
Part Two: during Face to Face Interview
We will conduct face to face interview in Gurgaon office of Human Peritus (Sector 39). This will be followed by feedback. Interview for 40 minutes and feedback of 60 minutes.
Fees for enrolled students of Human Peritus (any course) : Rs 4800 (plus 18% GST, which is Rs 5664)
Fees for other students : Rs 7800 (plus 18% GST, which is Rs 9204)

Stage One: Crafting a strong application form
In the first part of our program, you will have one-on-one half-hour online session that will help you create a strong application form. Our experts will guide you on what to include and exclude in the form, which is foundation of the interview process. It is essential to note that the interviewer often bases their questions on the information provided in the application form. Therefore, every word in the application form has to be carefully written. Our experts will provide you with valuable insights and tips that will ensure that you make a good first impression (and also avoid any mistakes that might trap you during the interview.). This is the MOST IMPORTANT.
Stage Two: Customized Question List – Personalized Interview Preparation
In the second part of our program, we provide you with a customized question list that helps you prepare for the interview. The list consists of 20 most probable questions that the interviewer may ask you during the interview. We tailor the list based on your personal, academic, and professional background, as well as the specific organization you are applying to. After writing answers to these questions, you will share them with our team. We will review your answers and provide feedback on what you should prepare or exclude, based on your answers. This step helps you refine your responses and feel more confident on day of the interview.
Stage Three: Physical Workshop – A Mock Interview with Experts
In the final part of our program, we conduct a one-day physical workshop at our Gurgaon office in Sector 39. The workshop is designed to provide you with a practical experience of a job interview with a panel of experts. You will have a mock interview, followed by a personalized feedback session. Our experts evaluate your performance, identify your strengths and weaknesses, and provide you with valuable feedback to help you improve your interview skills. Additionally, we conduct a group session on body language, dress, and personality aspects, which are crucial components of a successful interview.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Please note that there is no provision for refund or cancellation once you have enrolled in our program. However, if we fail to conduct the workshop before the date of your interview, we will issue complete refund. It is important to note that your failure to attend the workshop on the specified date will not make you eligible for a refund.

The workshop will be conducted on a Saturday, Sunday, or any holiday. You will get at least 4 days notice before the workshop is conducted.
The location of the workshop will be in Gurgaon city, and we will serve you lunch and tea during the workshop. However, we will not make any arrangements for travel or lodging, although our team will assist you in finding suitable nearby hotels.
Human Peritus will have complete discretion in deciding the date of the workshop.
Our interview panel comprises experts from various fields, each of whom brings a unique perspective to the table.
The interview panel will have 3 members. One will be serving or retired officer of the Government/PSU, second will be a person from the industry of related field and third will be body language expert/HR/Psychologist.
