Can I prepare for UPSC ALC/LEO exam using ONLY printed books?

No. Printed booklets alone are not sufficient. You also need to use the online Learning Management System (LMS).

The complete course is available on the LMS, and you can cover 100% of the syllabus there.

Still, printed books are provided for your convenience, as many students prefer reading from physical material instead of computer screen.

However, the books do not cover the entire syllabus—some topics are available only on the LMS. If you rely only on books, you will miss important portions.

Additionally, practice questions are available only on the LMS. After reading each chapter, you should log in and solve the corresponding questions. Reading alone is not enough—practice is essential.

This is a hybrid course, so you should prepare using a judicious mix of printed books and LMS.

What if I have doubts while studying?

We have a robust system for clarification of doubts.

You can ask your doubts not only via text, but also via a photo of handwritten paper, or voice note or even a video. Just ensure that the teacher is able to understand, what you are asking.

All doubts will be answered within 1 working day.

How are personal 1-on-1 sessions conducted?

Based on your request, we schedule a 20-minute session with one of our teachers who will guide you. These sessions are usually taken when students feel stuck with their overall preparation—such as deciding which topics to start with, how to cover the syllabus efficiently, or whether to focus on books, videos, or practice questions.

Please note, these sessions are meant for guidance and strategy—not for teaching concepts.

It is advised that you should book first session within 10 days of enrollment.

You can get in touch with our team to book a session.

Does the course include recorded videos or live classes?

The full course is provided in the form of recorded videos, so you can begin your preparation right away. A strong doubt-resolution system is available to support you.

Additionally, once the UPSC notification is out, we will conduct live classes for selected topics.

Our objective is that, you should be ready with at least 80% syllabus, even before the notification is OUT.

What if the UPSC comes out with a different syllabus after notification?

If UPSC introduces any changes to the syllabus, it is our responsibility to update the course and provide content for all additional topics. You can rely on us for complete support.

Please note: You must be enrolled with us at the time of the syllabus change to receive this additional support.

What is the Access and Duration of Learning Management System?

The Learning Management System (LMS) is accessible via the browser on any desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile device. However, for optimal learning, it is advisable to use a desktop or laptop. Please note that only one login is allowed at a time.

Access to LMS will be for 1 year from the date of payment. You will need to get in touch with our team for extension beyond 1 year, which will be done on payment of additional fees.
