The UPHESC paper is divided into two parts; Commerce subject and General paper.

The suggested preparation plan is:

Commerce subject
We will make you go through the syllabus of UGC NET (Commerce). You will be covering all PYQs of UGC NET from 2009 to 2024.

General paper
For General Paper, we will make you go through the following:
Topics of Higher Education, ICT, Research Aptitude, Teaching Aptitude and People & Environment will be covered from the syllabus of Paper 1 of UGC NET.
Plus you will go through topics of Indian Polity, Current Affairs, Indian Freedom Struggle

• Section 29, 103 and 104 of Trade Marks Act 1999 (infringement and penalty)
• Section 1(2) read with Section 75 of the Information Technology Act 2000.
