Since 2019 (when NTA took over from CBSE), the difficulty level of UGC NET in HRM has increased. Earlier, even if you understood meaning of prominent keywords of the syllabus, it was sufficient to clear UGC NET in HRM. But now, we have a large number of conceptual questions. 

Our Advice for 2022-2023 students:

Rule 1: Go through every keyword of the syllabus. 

Rule 2: Treat every keyword of the syllabus with equal respect. Nothing is less or more important. Cover 100% syllabus.
