Revised Syllabus of Human Resource Management and Labour welfare HRM & LW Code 55
Analysis of revised syllabus for HRM & LW Code 55 of UGC NET
After a period of more than 10 year, the UGC has changed syllabus of NET, w.e.f June 2019. The notification of change of syllabus was published on 06 Jan 2019.
After analyzing, we find there primarily , there are following changes in Human Resource Mgt. and Labour Welfare Code 55 of UGC NET (conducted by NTA)
1. Although there is no mention of “Employee Compensation Act 1923”, but there is a new topic on Industrial Accidents and safety. So we must continue considering it to be part of syllabus.
2. Although there is no mention of “Unorganized workers Act 2008, Maternity Benefit act 1961, and ESIC Act 1948”, but they may be part of topic of “Social Security” So we must continue considering it to be part of syllabus.
3. New Act has been added – Mines Act 1952.
4. It appears that Bonded Labour Act 1976 has been excluded from syllabus.
5. Higher focus on International HRM topics.
Complete syllabus is given below. We have also marked new topics in RED.
We have been consistently seeing in NET exam that, more than 80% questions appear from our study material (even after change of syllabus in 2019). Check our the Analysis, where we have mapped every question to its source in Human Peritus study material.
