Analysis of Management subject Code 17 of UGC NET Dec 2018
UGC NET Analysis Management subject - Dec 2018
After every exam, we analyze the question paper, to ascertain the number of questions which came from Human Peritus study material. For Management subject in Dec 2018, we found that, anyone, preparing with ONLY Human Peritus, would have successfully corrected at least 90 Questions (only 8-10 questions are not covered in HP Material). This number was 70% in Nov 2017 and 78% in July 2018. As an evidence of our claim, we mapped every question to the source in Human Peritus Study Material.
Although, this time, we have 90% coverage in Dec 18, this does not mean that, in July 19 paper, we will surely have above 90%. We may get only 75% coverage from our material in July 19. Please note that, the examiner is smarter than us and the pattern, style, topics keep changing, exam after exam. We, at Human Peritus, continuously keep updating our content/preparation strategy to catch up with the changing paper. Our target is to keep to closest (as close as we can) to the actual paper, with minimum efforts.
w.e.f. Jan 2019, we are making major changes in our Preparation Plan. Now, in place of 15 Printed Tests, we are introducing a Online Question Bank of 2000 Questions (Based on previous year’s papers concepts, since 2009). There are two key highlights (1) The questions are arranged topic wise (we have subdivided entire syllabus in around 100 topics). Thus after reading booklets, you can practice questions and focus on topics, as per your preparation needs (2) Each question has detailed explanation…Thus keep learning, while doing questions also. After this question bank, you will go through 5 Fresh Full Length Tests. To sum up…Now we have a 3 Component Preparation Plan Please spend 2-3 minutes on the home page, to understand this preparation strategy.
After analyzing Dec 2018 Paper, we will be making updates in the study material and will publish revised material from 10 Jan 2019.

Why Prepare with Human Peritus
Seven (7) reasons, why you should prepare with Human Peritus:
- We consistently see, very high number of questions from our study material in NET Exam.
- The content is continually updated. You will find Amendments in labour Acts passed as recently as Dec 2018.
- We will make you crack UGC NET with minimum preparation time, because we will make you study only what is required for exam.
- UGC NET asks questions from topics beyond traditional MBA books and this requires study from multiple resources for same topic. For example, in traditional MBA books, we find only popular theories on Change Management such as Kurt Lewin, John Kotter and Backhard; whereas the UGC-NET exam wants us to study additional theories such as Nadler/Tushman, Ulrich, Neo Trichy, Kanter and Beer thories.
- Our approach with test papers is to not only “assess” but also “teach” a concept with every question. Hence, first concept are understood while reading booklets, then while attempting Test papers, they get revised. Please download “Answers & Explanation” given below and check the “detailed” explanation provided for each answer.
- Now Compare this downloaded Test Paper Solution with solutions provided by one of many Available Books in market (Same paper has been solved by both). Ascertain the quality of Answers/Explanations.
- You need not study any other book, not even previous years’ papers. We have taken care of everything.
